Who is eligible to apply for scholarships from this fund and where can these scholarships be used?

Any student who is a graduate of a Duval County high school or who is a customer of JEA is eligible to apply for a Prosperity Scholarship. Scholarships may be used at the University of North Florida, Florida Community College, Jacksonville University or Edward Waters College.
